Privacy Policy

Effective date: 22 October 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how the OneSolution mobile application and OneSolution website (together, "OneSolution", "we", "us", or "our") collect, use, share, protect, retain and delete your information.

This Privacy Policy applies to everyone who uses OneSolution, including customers, mechanics, spare-parts dealers and inspectors.

1. Who We Are

OneSolution is developed and operated by Zamzam IT Developers.

If you have any questions about this Privacy Policy, how your information is handled, or would like to exercise your privacy rights, contact us at:

Email: info@onesolutionss.com

2. Information We Collect

Information You Provide to Us

Depending on how you use OneSolution, we may collect:

  • Account information: Your name, email address and phone number. If you sign in using Google, we may receive your name, email address and profile photo from Google.
  • Profile and vehicle information: Your profile photo and information about vehicles you save, including vehicle type, brand, model, year, colour, registration or plate number and vehicle photos.
  • Service requests and orders: Services or spare parts you request, descriptions of vehicle problems and photos or other information you attach.
  • Messages and communications: Chat messages, voice notes and photos you send to mechanics, dealers, inspectors or our support team.
  • AI feature information: Text or voice input submitted to AI car diagnosis, vehicle symptoms, vehicle photos, warning-light information, OBD fault codes and photos submitted for AI pre-purchase vehicle inspections.
  • Payment records: The payment method you select, such as bank transfer, Easypaisa or JazzCash, together with transaction IDs and payment screenshots you upload. We do not collect or store your bank password, wallet PIN or complete payment-card credentials.
  • Reviews, disputes and support: Ratings, reviews, replies, dispute information, complaints and support requests.

Additional Information from Mechanics, Dealers and Inspectors

If you register or operate as a service provider, dealer or inspector, we may also collect:

  • Identity verification information: CNIC number and CNIC images.
  • Business information: Shop or business name, business photos, services offered, parts information and payout account information.
  • Work and transaction records: Quotes, jobs, orders, earnings, credit top-ups and payment history.

Information Collected Automatically

Depending on the features you use, we may collect:

  • Location information: As described in Section 3.
  • Device and app information: Device model, operating system, application version, language settings and device or notification tokens used for push notifications.
  • App activity and diagnostics: Basic application usage information, crash reports, error logs and diagnostic information used to maintain, secure and improve OneSolution.

3. Location Information

Location information is used to provide location-based services within OneSolution.

Customers

We use your precise location when you select or pin a location for a service request so that nearby mechanics or other applicable service providers can locate you and provide the requested service.

Mechanics

When you choose to be online and available for work, and while travelling to or completing a job, OneSolution may collect your precise location, including background location when the application is closed or not actively in use.

This is necessary to:

  • identify nearby job opportunities;
  • match customers with nearby mechanics;
  • allow customers to track the mechanic travelling to their location; and
  • support the operation and safety of an active service request.

Background location collection stops when the applicable tracking functionality is no longer required, such as when you go offline or the active job is completed.

You can disable location permission at any time through your device settings. However, features that depend on location, including nearby mechanic matching, job availability and live tracking, may not function properly without location access.

4. App Permissions

OneSolution requests device permissions only when required for a feature. Depending on the features you use, these may include:

  • Location, including background location for mechanics: To match service requests with nearby mechanics and provide live job tracking.
  • Camera: To capture vehicle problems, spare parts, vehicle inspection photos, identity verification documents and payment evidence.
  • Photos and media: To select existing images or screenshots and, where supported, save inspection reports or other files to your device.
  • Microphone: To record voice notes and allow voice input for supported AI diagnosis features.
  • Notifications: To notify you about service requests, quotes, jobs, orders, messages, inspections and payments.

You can allow or deny these permissions and change your choices later through your device settings. Some OneSolution features may not function without the permissions required for those features.

5. How We Use Your Information

We use information collected through OneSolution to:

  • create, authenticate and manage your account;
  • maintain your profile and saved vehicles;
  • match service requests with nearby mechanics, dealers or other service providers;
  • allow service providers to submit quotes;
  • provide location-based matching and live job tracking;
  • deliver messages, voice notes and notifications;
  • provide AI-assisted vehicle diagnosis and AI pre-purchase inspection features;
  • generate and maintain inspection reports and, where applicable, AI interaction history;
  • arrange independent vehicle or spare-parts inspections;
  • confirm payments and credit top-ups and maintain transaction records;
  • verify mechanics, dealers and inspectors;
  • prevent fraud, misuse, unauthorized access and other security incidents;
  • resolve complaints and disputes;
  • provide customer support;
  • diagnose technical problems and maintain and improve OneSolution; and
  • comply with applicable legal and regulatory obligations.

We do not sell your personal information.

We do not use your personal information for third-party advertising.

6. Artificial Intelligence Features

OneSolution provides AI-assisted features, which may include AI car diagnosis and AI pre-purchase vehicle inspection.

When you use these features, information you submit may be processed by automated systems and third-party AI or cloud service providers used by OneSolution.

Depending on the feature, information processed may include:

  • vehicle photos;
  • text descriptions;
  • voice input or transcribed voice input;
  • vehicle make, model and other vehicle details;
  • symptoms and reported mechanical problems;
  • dashboard or warning-light information;
  • OBD diagnostic fault codes; and
  • other information you intentionally submit for analysis.

This information is processed for purposes such as analysing the vehicle information you provide, identifying possible visible damage or vehicle-condition concerns, providing diagnostic guidance and generating vehicle inspection reports or related results.

We take reasonable steps to limit the information provided to AI services to information required to perform the requested feature.

Where our service providers process personal information on our behalf, they are permitted to process that information only in accordance with their applicable contractual obligations, terms and privacy commitments.

AI Limitations

AI-generated diagnoses, assessments, vehicle condition findings, estimated values, recommendations and inspection reports are generated using automated systems.

AI systems can make mistakes, fail to identify damage or mechanical problems, misinterpret photographs or vehicle information, and generate incomplete or inaccurate conclusions.

Therefore, AI results provided by OneSolution are for informational and assistance purposes and are not a guarantee of a vehicle's condition, safety, roadworthiness, mechanical condition, accident history, market value or future performance.

For important purchasing, repair or safety decisions, users should obtain an inspection or opinion from a qualified mechanic, automotive technician or other appropriate professional.

Users remain responsible for decisions made based on AI-generated information.

7. Who We Share Information With

We share information only where necessary to operate OneSolution, provide requested services, maintain security or comply with legal requirements.

Other OneSolution Users

Information may be shared with mechanics, dealers, inspectors or customers where necessary to complete a service request or transaction.

For example, mechanics, dealers or inspectors you interact with may receive relevant request or order details, photos, messages, your name and, where necessary for a booking, your service location.

Customers may see relevant service-provider information such as name, profile photo, ratings and quotes and, during an active job, the mechanic's location where live tracking is enabled.

Service Providers

We use third-party providers to help operate OneSolution. Depending on the functionality used, these providers may support:

  • cloud hosting and databases;
  • authentication and Google Sign-In;
  • maps, geolocation and navigation;
  • push notifications;
  • AI and machine-learning processing;
  • application diagnostics and crash reporting; and
  • other infrastructure necessary to operate the service.

These providers may process information on our behalf as necessary to provide their services.

Legal and Safety Requirements

We may disclose information when reasonably necessary to:

  • comply with applicable law, court orders or valid government requests;
  • investigate fraud, security incidents or misuse;
  • enforce our agreements; or
  • protect the rights, property or safety of OneSolution, our users or others.

Business Transfers

If OneSolution or Zamzam IT Developers is involved in a merger, acquisition, restructuring or sale of business assets, relevant information may be transferred as part of that transaction. Any successor will be required to handle personal information in accordance with applicable law and the privacy commitments applicable to the transferred information.

Payment Services

Payments may be made using services such as banks, Easypaisa or JazzCash.

Those providers process information required to complete their services according to their own terms and privacy policies.

OneSolution does not receive your bank password or wallet PIN.

8. How We Protect Your Information

We use reasonable technical and organisational safeguards designed to protect personal information.

These measures include:

  • encrypting information transmitted between supported OneSolution applications and our servers using HTTPS/TLS;
  • restricting access to personal information to authorised people and services that require it;
  • using authentication and access controls;
  • limiting access to sensitive verification information; and
  • monitoring and maintaining our systems to reduce unauthorised access or misuse.

CNIC information submitted for verification is not displayed publicly or provided to customers through normal use of OneSolution.

No electronic system or method of transmission is completely secure. You should protect your account credentials and notify us if you believe your account has been accessed without permission.

9. Data Retention

We retain personal information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide OneSolution, maintain your account and fulfil the purposes described in this Privacy Policy.

When you request account deletion, we will delete or anonymise personal information associated with your account within 30 days, except where certain information must reasonably be retained for legal, regulatory, accounting, security, fraud-prevention or dispute-resolution purposes.

For example:

  • payment, transaction, order and dispute records may be retained for up to 5 years where reasonably required for accounting, fraud prevention, dispute resolution or legal obligations; and
  • reviews may remain on the service after account deletion in anonymised form, without identifying you.

Where information has been provided to a service provider that processes information on our behalf, we will take reasonable steps to have associated information deleted or handled according to our deletion instructions and the provider's applicable retention requirements.

Backup copies may remain temporarily until they are overwritten or deleted according to normal backup and disaster-recovery schedules.

10. Account and Data Deletion

You can request deletion of your OneSolution account and associated personal information at any time.

Delete Through the App

Open the OneSolution account or profile settings and select the option to delete your account.

Delete Through Our Website

OneSolution provides an account-deletion resource on our website that allows users to request account and associated data deletion without needing to reinstall or access the mobile application.

Request by Email

You may also contact: info@onesolutionss.com

Use the subject: "Delete my OneSolution account"

Where necessary, we may ask you to verify that you own the account before processing a deletion request.

After verification, we will process your request and delete or anonymise applicable personal information within 30 days, subject to the retention exceptions described in Section 9.

You may also contact us to request deletion of certain information, such as eligible AI interaction history or uploaded vehicle photos, without necessarily deleting your entire account.

Deleting an account does not automatically require us to delete information that we are legally permitted or required to retain. Where retained, that information will only be used for the applicable legal, security, fraud-prevention, accounting or dispute-resolution purpose.

11. Your Choices and Rights

Depending on applicable law and the information involved, you may:

We aim to respond to valid privacy requests within 30 days.

12. Children

OneSolution is intended for adults and is not directed at children.

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.

We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 18. If we learn that such information has been collected, we will take reasonable steps to delete it.

13. International Data Processing

Some of our cloud, infrastructure, authentication, AI and other service providers may process or store information on servers located outside Pakistan.

This means your information may be processed in countries whose data-protection laws differ from those in Pakistan.

Regardless of where information is processed, we take reasonable steps to protect it in accordance with this Privacy Policy and applicable requirements.

14. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes to OneSolution, our technology, service providers, legal requirements or privacy practices.

When we update the policy, we will revise the effective date shown at the top.

Where a change materially affects how we collect, use or share personal information, we may provide additional notice through OneSolution or another appropriate method.
